we have the same problem. Ive had about 3 of these heaters over the past 5 years and they always end up the same. cutting out after about 30 secs.
Try vaccuming inside if possible.

We tried to hoover the inside out, as suggested, and it works. The heat sensor is at the bottom right hand side of the heater and this needed to be blown through to unclog it properly. Hope this helps?

Rather than replace it, if you have a vac that will blow, then blow the fluff out as much as possible and if the heater has a cool position run it on that after doing so to remove any remaining.

IF THIS HEATER CAN BE TAKEN APART, THEN I THINK YOU WILL FIND IT IS JUST CLOGGED UP WITH FLUFF. MY HUSBAND HAS CURED OURS SEVERAL TIMES, BUT IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT OR EXPERIENCED AT TAKING APART ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, IT MIGHT BE BEST JUST TO BUY NEW.
