Whole new unit flush valve I am afraid. Roca is a terrible brand and always fail within two years ( sometimes less than that) . I am a plumber and I can fix it if you live near Rugby. 07747 571292.
Try not to take advice from those who have never fitted Roca as well!

That's the internal overflow so cistern filling up too much. I assume its a close coupled toilet ie: cistern sits on back of toilet. The lid should lift off. Lift it up gently glance underneath and you should see an arm from the flush button that connects with the syphon slide the lid away [usually sideways along the cistern length and the lid can be lifted clear. As I've never encountered knowinly a Rocan I'm guessing. 1. If it is a float and arm type at the wate inlet valve end is a threades rod with nut on it an the end of the rod has a slot for screwdriver slacken the nut and turn the threaded rod against the plunger sticking out of the valve about 2-3 turns. let cistern refill and see how far up the water level is if ok and below over flow job done replace lid linging arm up with the syphone arm receiver.
If there is no conventional float and arm as above then it may be cup that rides a serated rod like a ratchet and at the side of the assembly will be an adjusting rod, a long one trial and error turn it, re-fill flush, try again if still weeping into toilet pan. keep going until satisfied. Stick the lid back on. It's worth knowing that some if not all new style close coupled toilets the syphonic unit can be changed without separating the cistern from the pan.
