Why wont my PremiAir DD122FW extract water in normal mode?

I have a Prem-I Air DD122Fw dehumidifier which will not extract water in normal mode but is fine in boost mode.
There is 240V on both of the heaters in boost mode but nothing in normal mode. Can anyone tell what may be the problem and where to get the spare parts needed ?.

This normally happens because the heater element has broken. The DD122FW is a great machine - we use it nearly every day to dry laundry / keep the bathroom dry - but every year or so the heater element goes and needs to be replaced.

A new one costs about £10 and you can fit it yourself (only needs a screwdriver and a bit of courage).

Contact Prem-i-air in the UK - speak to Kara on 0870 742 5021 and she can send you the part
