Shake it gently - if - like me you can hear a pencil stuck inside - locate and remove!!!!!
Nearly gave up and bought a new printer first.

Panda's solution helped mine. I turned it upside down and heard something in there....loose. Turned out 1 " screw had fallen in and was making my paper jam on right side. I was all set to go get a new one. Thanks, Panda for suggestion.

And sometimes it will jam and say to add paper. The signals are mixed whether it is really a jam or not. Yes, it is a problem near the roller but not the roller.
This is what I did: Turned the printer off, then turned it completely upside down, performed some light tapping to all sides plus top and bottom. Then turned it right side up, looked into the right side where the roller sits, and viewed an arm that has a white wheel attached to it that looked like it was flush with the wall inside: ready for this....I used a metal nail file to gently push it up and against the inside wall of the printer. Figure this is an arm that became slightly out of line and needed a gentle uplift. Then...I printed with no problems feeding the paper whatsoever. Don't believe it...STRANGER THINGS HAVE HAPPENED IN THIS WORLD. The best I know is I saved myself from tearing down the printer to get to the insides, and did not have to go buy a new printer. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SOLUTION AND WILL REMEMBER FOR ANY FUTURE ENCOUNTERS. AND, YES, I AM A WOMAN !!!
