Clean off the top of the fridge very well, as you will need it to be as clean as possible, because you will be using a level on top of the fridge.
Get a decent level, approx. 18-24 inches long. sit the level on top of the fridge with it running parallel with the front of the fridge. Parallel is from side to side. Look at the bubble in the level, if it is to the left of center, raise the right side of fridge by cranking up the screw posts it sits on, or putting a shim under each corner of the right until bubble is in center.
Reposition level from front to back of fridge, in the center. You will be checking to see if the front is too high or too low. Your level should be perpandicular to fridge, instead of side to side, it is now front to back. Looking at the level, find out which side it is on, if the fridge is low in the back, the bubble will be closer to the front, if too low in front, bubble will be towards back of fridge. raise the low side until the bubble is in center again.
recheck your side to side levelness again, and adjust accordingly until your level reads level from side to side, and front to back, with no rocking of the fridge when it is opened or closed. it should sit still. If the appliance is level, the door should stay closed or open, it should not try to close on its own, when you open it, or come open on its own when closed.
The door should remain dead still if you open it halfway, etc. until you close it.
The condensation should remain in its pan until the heater dries it up, there should be no puddle of water around the back of fridge. This can be a telltale sign that it is not level.
I hope this helped you.
