sounds like oven thermostat has fused together.take back panels off cooker and you will see thermostat with metal phile going down to oven cavity.one of the easier cookers to repair but be careful that one of the oven elements hasn't failed as this will need replacing as well.remove side panels in oven cavity and see if both elements are on (hot).
