induction hobs need special pans to heat there will be no hob hot light as they dont get hot they heat using a magnetic field hence hob top will not get too hot

Hiya .. seem i'm in the same boat as the rest ... Bought an ex-display unit with no manual.... only question i have is , the power !,,, can iuse a normal 13amp plug , or do i need 30amp cooker connection.. I've been told the 13amp is ok , but i'd like to be sure..

Does anyone know where I can get a manual for this model - i bought one today ex display.....but it came with no manual???

Hi Nasos, no there is no warning light as it is an induction hob.there is no heat generated on the glass other than a slight conduction.With the old hobs,the element was under the glass and heated the glass up then the pan.as the glass is not metal,the induction unit cannot heat it up.Good cooking.All the best.
