Noisy Vaillant combi boiler?

Hi, we have a noisy combi boiler that is very sensitive to the hot or cold water taps being turned on. It can be ok, and then start to make a loud, high pitched squealing noise which can only be silenced by running the hot, or occasionally cold taps for a time. If the taps are on, the noise goes away. When we use the dishwasher or washing machine whilst the heating is on, the thing almost plays a tune sometimes! Any ideas what might be causing this?

Sounds to me like it could be your water supply thats the problem, possibly the main tap. or I have had this on a system that had been converted from a cylinder and tanks job and the plumber had left a lengthy "dead leg" on the system
