Meantime you could search under the caravan as the pipes are usually fitted to the floor.for ease of mainenance/re-newal access.
Either a side locker or front locker/boot. Look under the caravan see if a pipe enters the boot at front or enters in line of a side locker. It may be some one has taken the tube and regulator off the copper pipe hence you can't find connection.
