Ignore my previous post!
Just out of curiosity I went out to my vectra, took the chip out of the key and turned the ignition on.
This caused it to log fault code p1503, not the p1502 you have, although both are immobiliser codes.
Have you been using jump leads ? This can cause loss of comms between the ECM and the immo unit.
You'll need someone with diagnostic gear such as tech2, vaux-check, op-com etc. to re code them.

It's more likely to be a problem with the key. There is a little black or grey transponder chip inside the key, it's only about 10 mm long, 5 mm wide, 3 mm thick.
It's easily lost if you drop the key and it falls apart.
Slide the blade part of the key off of the fob, the chip should be in the corner of the plastic moulding which holds the blade.
If the immo cant read this chip it wont let the car start.
I'm sure there are pictures on the web somewhere, search for vauxhall immobiliser chip.
If you have a spare key will the car start with it?
