I am having the same problem and a guy came out on Oct. 16, 2009 and told me the original guy who installed it, did it wrong. He did not seal off the flue pipe. I would definately get that checked out. We were told to get the fire department to come and check for Carbon Monoxide. I don't know for sure if your answer would be the same as mine, but I thought I would try and help. Good Luck!!
