its really hard to say whats wrong with it as there are so many reasons that they wont tick over,if its rattling then it could well be down on compression due to a seizure and the noise you can hear may well be piston slap,or the pilot jet may be blocked.the carb wont rattle but the contents of the transmission cover can make some horrible noises especially if the variator comes loose.when you psuh the kickstart down does it give much resistance?is it very easy to push down?tell me tyhe answers to this and ill try and help you more i would say that it has a damaged piston though from what you have just said on your last post though.

ok,the description sounds like the carb is flooding and causing the very rich running and the plug sounds like its getting fouled by all the fuel in the crankcase being transferred up though the ports.so i would make sure the carb float needle and float are ok and set right.also the grinding noise is more likeley to be you rear brake pads but could be the clutch shoes but unlikley.the blt should be quite tight but usually you can pull it one way with some effort if its really that tight then the belt is to short.is it very far below the level of the outside edge of the rear pulley?as it should be about 1-2mm below it at the most when the engine is off.

and when i have revs on it splutters like runs has a second stop runs again sputters again and then cuts out?
is it my carb? or the bikes choke?
