Cant turn my tilt and turn window to fully open?

When I try to turn my tilt and turn window, the window will not fully open. The window has a top and bottom leaver mechanism. The top of the window leans toward the top leaver and is prevented from opening. Both leavers have cams that give some adjustment. Have tried to adjust the cams but still no good. Any advice will be welcom.

Chris Thanks for the reply and advice.
No cams on the sash on this window though.
Eventually found that a pin was not locating correctly in a hole in the top leaver. So removed the window, cleaned everything up, sprayed with G70 and re-fitted the window. Now works a treat again.
Hope this might help if someone has a similar window.
Pity there is no way to add a photo.

sounds like when u r trying to open it one of the roller cams situated on sash is not clearing 1 ov your keeps on the frame take 1 keep of frame at a time and keep checking for opening refit the keep u taken off in sequence when u find the keep that is the problem just move it over so the cam does clear remember only take 1 keep off at a time not all at once
