I have a Frister Rossman Cub4 and suddenly the foot pedai is stuck on full?

I have a Frister Rossman Cub4 and suddenly the foot pedai is stuck on full Power and will not stop running, any ideas what is wrong / how it can be fixed. I have had a look inside the foot pedal and all looks ok.

If not where can I get it looked at / repaired in Norfolk.

My wife loves this machine.
